ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Duty Manager at Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel, you will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth coordination between departments and excellent guest experiences. Acting as the manager on duty, you will handle guest concerns, monitor service standards, and support teams in maintaining brand excellence. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

QUALIFICATION:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office or hotel operations, with supervisory exposure
Strong knowledge of hotel systems and operational procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to service quality
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
