Receptionist
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Welcome visitors, manage front-desk operations, receive mail, and handle calls and correspondence professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Receive and process bills, cheque requisitions, and other office-related payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating good communication skills.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in a relevant field is acceptable; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 2 years in reception, front-office, or administrative support, preferably within an EPC, construction, or engineering company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional skills, with attention to confidentiality; strong English required, Arabic is highly valuable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling, filing, and handling office tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office administration.
Note: The role is only open for UAE resident who have UAE relevant experience.
