Job Position – Cyber Security Operations Manager

To lead security operations team and ensure the protection of our digital assets. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response team.
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor and analyze security events, threats, and vulnerabilities.
Coordinate response to security incidents and breaches.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure compliance with security best practices.
Manage security tools including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, IDS/IPS, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and other security frameworks.
Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS), network security, and endpoint protection.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
