Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations related to furniture delivery, setup, and collection.
Schedule and assign tasks to the logistics and setup teams.
Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details and timelines.
Ensure all furniture and materials are properly prepared, packed, and maintained before dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for availability.
Handle last-minute operational adjustments or event changes efficiently.
Assist the management team in planning and executing event operations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and damages.
Ensure all operational activities follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or logistics (event or rental industry preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for scheduling and reporting.
Valid transferable Iqama (preferred).
Must be based in Riyadh and available to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
