Project Secretary
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Provide administrative support to the project management team on-site.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related documentation.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a Construction, Contracting, Interior Fit-out or Engineering environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Flexibility to work on-site at various project locations as needed.
