Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of spa services including massages, body scrubs, facials, aromatherapy, and wellness treatments.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable therapies based on individual preferences and health conditions.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all treatment rooms and equipment.
Ensure a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for clients at all times.
Keep accurate records of treatments, client feedback, and product usage.
Promote spa services, membership plans, and retail products to guests.
Coordinate with front desk staff for scheduling and client management.
Stay updated on new spa trends, treatments, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Aromatherapy, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive movements.
Knowledge of spa products and equipment usage.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
