Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Manama, Bahrain
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising platforms.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
• Manage content calendars and collaborate with the creative team on graphics, videos, and copy.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to propose innovative ideas.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and track ROI for paid campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, and email automation platforms.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
