Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Auction Foreman with a strong background in auction operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory role within the UAE auction sector. You will be responsible for overseeing daily auction activities, managing staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader in an auction setting in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of auction processes, logistics, and best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using auction software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with UAE auction regulations and safety standards. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or management are preferred.
