Machine Operator – Signage Industry

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–2 years in signage industry

We are looking for a Machine Operator with experience in the signage or large format printing industry, particularly for hotel and commercial signage production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating various machines used in signage fabrication and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC router, laser cutting machine, vinyl plotter, and large format printers
• Prepare materials and load designs as per production specifications
• Perform cutting, engraving, printing, and finishing tasks with high precision
• Ensure quality control of finished signage products
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
• Coordinate with the design and installation teams for project timelines

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience operating signage production machinery
• Basic knowledge of file formats and RIP software.
• Familiarity with signage materials like acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, foam board, etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings
• Physically fit and able to handle materials and tools
• Team player with a positive work attitude
