Sales & Estimation Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Estimation Engineer with a background in Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering to join our growing team. This role bridges technical expertise with client-focused sales, ensuring accurate project estimations, competitive proposals, and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial estimates for civil and mechanical projects.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Conduct site visits and gather project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to optimize solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth.
• Support negotiations and ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in estimation, sales engineering, or project costing.
• Strong knowledge of construction/industrial materials, fabrication, or MEP systems.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
