Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (preferred).
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Education with SEN certification
Additional training in learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or inclusion is an advantage.
Experience working with children with special needs (typically 1–3+ years).

Strong understanding of special education methodologies.
Ability to develop IEPs and conduct assessments.
Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Classroom management for diverse learners.
Collaboration and communication with parents and staff.
Knowledge of assistive learning technologies.
Behavioral management strategies.
