Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor the project HSE Plan in alignment with OSHAD-SF, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHAD, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and UAE safety legislations.
• Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments across project sites.
• Enforce Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and ensure emergency response procedures are followed.
• Identify potential hazards and propose control measures to minimize risks.
• Monitor safe working practices for all construction activities (high-rise, structural, MEP, excavation, etc.).
• Lead incident and accident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning.
• Prepare detailed HSE reports, statistics, and documentation for management review and client submission.
• Deliver HSE induction programs, toolbox talks, fire safety training, and specialized safety sessions.
• Build a proactive safety culture among workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Support HSE audits conducted by internal teams and external governing bodies.
• Ensure documentation, reports, and safety logs are maintained accurately and updated regularly.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in building and construction projects.
• Valid OSHAD Certificate (mandatory).
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of UAE HSE laws, construction safety practices, PTW systems, and environmental regulations.
• Experience working on high-rise buildings, residential complexes, infrastructure, or large-scale construction sites.
• Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with diverse teams.
