Store Manager

Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity of store.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Prepare job costing and compliance with accounting procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock availability
• Coordinating with Production, Purchase and accounts departments for material issuance, delivery, material orders and inventory
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and compliance with external audit procedures.
• Lead and manage the store team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree / Master's degree holder.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and ERP software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
