Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator in construction projects.
• Valid crane operator certification or license.
• In-depth knowledge of crane mechanics, load capacities, and safety regulations.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to interpret and respond effectively to hand signals and verbal instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods.
