Cashier
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
• Scan items, process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments), and give accurate change.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Balance cash register at the end of each shift and report discrepancies.
• Assist with stocking shelves and other store duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
