Sales Associates
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable information about items.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including product displays and shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of stock shortages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
• Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new product arrivals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer privacy.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
