Qualifications:
MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
MD / DNB / DM in Medical Oncology or equivalent specialization.
Board certification or recognized specialty registration.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of post-specialization clinical experience.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage patients with various cancers.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
Monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and adjust treatment as necessary.
Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and palliative care teams for comprehensive care.
Participate in clinical trials, research projects, and continuing medical education.
Document patient records, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately.
Provide guidance and mentorship to residents, fellows, and junior medical staff.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
