Payroll Assistant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update employee records related to payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Review and verify time sheets, work hours, overtime, and deductions.
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
• Assist with the processing of employee benefits such as leave, gratuity, and end-of-service calculations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and summaries for management review.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR or payroll.
• Basic knowledge of payroll systems and labor regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll software.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
