Hiring: Logistics Coordinator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly capable Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Abu Dhabi. This position requires an experienced professional who is well-versed in logistics activities across the UAE and GCC region, particularly in managing cross-border transportation by road.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day logistics coordination, including scheduling and monitoring transport activities.
Manage the shipment of materials across UAE borders and ensure timely delivery to GCC destinations.
Prepare and review all logistics-related documentation and ensure full compliance with GCC customs and regulatory procedures.
Work closely with drivers, transport vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve any logistics challenges.
Coordinate with procurement and site teams to support material movement and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on delivery status, transport schedules, and operational challenges.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in logistics, transport coordination, and cross-border cargo movement.
Strong understanding of GCC logistics procedures, including customs documentation, road transport regulations, and border clearance processes.
Proven ability to manage logistics partners, track shipments, and maintain operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to urgent operational needs.
