Key Responsibilities:
Oversee soft services operations across multiple sites
Develop SOPs, quality control measures, and operational plans
Lead and mentor large teams (50+ staff)
Manage budgets, contracts, and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards
Serve as the primary client contact for soft services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in FM, Hospitality, or Business
8–12 years of experience in Soft Services/FM, with 3–5 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership, planning, and client-engagement skills
Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HSE regulations
Mandatory Certifications:
BICS Certified
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DHA, and NADCA standards
