Role Overview:
A leading global restaurant chain is urgently hiring skilled Equipment Technicians to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily technical operations across multiple stores in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on experience with industrial kitchen equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel to different branches as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, modify, and upgrade restaurant equipment as per company standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in outlets.
Maintain & repair industrial kitchen machinery including:
Grills, fryers, ovens, dishwashers
Coffee machines, ice-cream machines, heated & cooled appliances
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
Provide timely technical support to the operations and store teams.
Maintain accurate service logs, checklists, and daily activity reports.
Ensure equipment compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years experience in kitchen equipment, restaurant machinery, or technical services.
Valid Driving License (Indian / GCC / Saudi – all accepted).
Good English communication skills.
Age below 40 years.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Willing to travel across Saudi Arabia for service support.
Comfortable working in restaurant/store environments.
