Land Surveyor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Utilize survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other equipment to capture accurate field data.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings, and maps.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Collaborate with Site Engineers, Draftsmen, and Project Managers to ensure survey data aligns with design and construction requirements.
• Set out control points, levels, alignments, and reference markers for construction activities.
• Monitor and check as-built conditions to confirm compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all survey activities comply with company quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure survey accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform periodic checks and calibration of survey equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software (e.g., Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center).
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and leveling techniques.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and site plans.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related tools.
