Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO & Chairman.
Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, business itineraries, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive-level documentation.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls, emails, and requests.
Coordinate internal and external communication with professionalism.
Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deliverables, and pending matters.
Organize board meetings, executive sessions, and high-level engagements.
Act as a representative of the CEO in interactions with VIPs, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Handle all confidential information with extreme discretion and integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting senior management or C-suite leaders.
Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Arabic.
Professional appearance, well-groomed, and confident demeanor.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
Superior organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and business correspondence.
