Administrative Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and answering phones.
• Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and project managers.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in preparing property listings, maintaining records, and updating project files.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate tasks and provide project updates.
• Order office supplies and ensure that office equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure the office space is organized and functions efficiently.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven 5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within the real estate
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
