Responsibilities:
Conduct geotechnical and geological investigations for GWR-related soil studies
Plan and execute fieldwork, including drilling, sampling, borehole logging, and in-situ tests
Perform soil classification, laboratory test coordination, and geotechnical analysis
Prepare geological logs, site investigation reports, and geotechnical recommendations
Analyze subsurface conditions to evaluate soil strength, settlement, permeability, and suitability for GWR systems
Interpret geophysical data when applicable
Support site teams in foundation design, soil improvement techniques, and groundwater assessment
Ensure compliance with standards, project specifications, and safety requirements
Coordinate with consultants, laboratories, contractors, and project teams
Provide technical input during design, planning, and construction phases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, or related field
4–7 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or geology
Hands-on experience in GWR soil investigation (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of drilling, sampling techniques, and field testing (SPT, CPT, permeability tests, etc.)
Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software (e.g., Plaxis, GeoStudio, gINT, Rocscience)
Familiarity with geological mapping, soil classification systems, and groundwater assessment
Strong report writing, data interpretation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently on field sites
Good communication and coordination abilities
Candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available for interview
