Position: Assistant Team Leader

Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 + Incentives

Description:
We are urgently looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant Team Leader to support our Tamara process operations in Dubai. This role requires someone who is confident in managing customer interactions, handling overdue accounts, and contributing to smooth collection workflows.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in debt collection or BNPL-related processes, with familiarity in Tamara or Tabby being a major advantage
Must be available to join immediately

Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to customers to provide payment reminders and negotiate settlements
Manage delinquent accounts with professionalism and adherence to company policies
Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and daily activity reports
