Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in supervising masonry teams in high-rise construction.
Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Valid work permits and safety certifications preferred.
