Responsibilities:
Coordinate architectural drawings, details, and design information between consultants, site teams, and subcontractors
Review and ensure drawings are aligned with project specifications, codes, and client requirements
Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution
Support preparation of shop drawings and as-built documentation
Liaise with MEP, structural, and other disciplines for coordinated project delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
Experience as an Architect / Technical Coordinator in contracting companies
Strong background in villa / building projects (mandatory)
Proficient in AutoCAD and related design tools
Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills
