We are looking for candidates for the below position:
- Commissioning Lead.
1. Reviewing the project documents that meet safe commissioning, operation and handover of-JPF-4 facility with reference to KOC contract requirements and approved design.
2. Developing commissioning plan with reference to Project Schedule and milestone targets and conducting periodic meetings with client and vendors to ensure the activities according to the plan.
3. Developing detailed commissioning activities and program and monitoring commissioning schedule regularly and driving the team towards successful completion of-JPF-4 facility.
4. Reviewing and ensuring on-site resources availability that require for successful commissioning and operation of-JPF-4 facility.
5. Reviewing HSE studies and ensuring the recommendation to be corporate prior to start/completion of respective works.
6. Review and confirm the engineering/construction/commissioning/Operation drawings and documents prior to performing any job.
7. Review and update pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup procedures, which are developed by engineering consultant/package vendors.
8. Develop Vendor Mobilization plan and coordinate with HR/Admin/Package vendors to mobilize and demobilize the vendor representative as per the commission & testing program.
9. Conducting system tri-party walkdowns (with participants from Construction, commissioning and O&M stakeholders) as part of Mechanical Completion (MC) verifications.
10. Conducting PHSER studies with the support of HSE/Project departments as per the Project plan/Schedule.
11. Lead and manage commissioning activities as per the commissioning program and schedule.
12. Vendor co-ordination for commissioning of all applicable vendor packages.
13. Conducting PSSR for facility start up.
14. Conducting Performance guarantee test (96:00Hrs) for the complete plant as per KOC contract requirements.
15. Estimate chemicals and consumables required for commissioning, start-up and early operations and then raise MR, conduct TBE, support procurement team to place PO.
16. Estimate spares, tools and tackles required for commissioning, start-up and early operations and then raise MR, conduct TBE, support procurement team to place PO.
17. Coordinate and follow-up with procurement/Logistic team to ensure the delivery of chemicals, consumables, spares, tools and tackles as per PO terms and conditions. If required, advise Project management to amend the PO as applicable.
18. Revie and approve invoice for chemicals, consumables, spares, tools and tackles as per PO terms and conditions.
19. Coordinate store to ensure the storage/handling/receipt and issuance of chemicals and consumables, spares, tools and tackles as per PO terms and conditions with proper records.
20. Develop a Training program and conduct training for commissioning and O&M team periodically as per the training plan.
21. Ensure PTW is in practice and PTW training as required.
22. Conduct and participate in daily tool box talk with the support of HSE team.
23. Handover the facility to SEPTO O&M team by ensuring safe operation.
24. Sign-in off all applicable records and Handover documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering - Chemical.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• should have previous approvals with KOC.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & writing).
• Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency preferred.
• Can Join Immediately.
