Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, fit out works, finishes, MEP coordination, and site practices.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Strong project planning, time management, and organization skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to liaise with contractors, clients, and design team.
Quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of problem solving on site.
Basic proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and possibly software like AutoCAD or Revit (for drawing review).
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit out, building construction, or site engineering.
Experience with interior finishing works and fit out projects is preferred.
