Job Position – Key Accounts Manager

Admixtures
Location: Dubai

Job purpose:
The position involves marketing and selling our admixture products to ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, infrastructure developers, and consultants.

Areas of responsibility:
• Identify and manage new admixture business opportunities.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with ready-mix plants, contractors, builders, consultants, and infrastructure clients.
• Deliver technical presentations, facilitate product trials, and conduct demonstrations to effectively highlight performance advantages.
• Meet or surpass Sales targets
• Monitor competitors, prices, and trends to shape sales strategies.
• Verify enquiries and specifications for pricing strategies Repeat business with more margins.
• Coordinate daily supply with customers and dispatch.
• Update monthly sales proceedings with analysis.
• Co-ordinate with credit analyst for payments.
• Ensure timely payments and collect the overdue
• Provide necessary documents to higher authorities as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Minimum requirements:
Education / Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Civil Engineering / Business Administration or relevant field; Sales & Marketing will be an added factor.
• English language proficiency is a must (Hindi & Arabic language will be an advantage)
Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:
• Comprehensive knowledge of admixture products and performance.
• Experienced with local and international admixtures standards
• Understands internal & external customer requirements.
• Familiar with local regulations.
• Proficient in computer skills – Word/Excel/PowerPoint and SAP.
