Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Systems Completion Coordinator to support major Oil & Gas projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hands-on experience in systems completion management, and the ability to coordinate multiple project stakeholders while ensuring compliance with SC procedures, milestones, and handover requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure full implementation of System Completion (SC) requirements across all assigned projects.
Maintain alignment of SC procedures and workflows with project milestones and final handover goals.
Monitor, validate, and update the SC database/software to reflect accurate and timely status reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and third-party partners to support smooth SC execution.
Prepare progress reports, identify gaps, and support issue resolution related to system completion.
Facilitate communication between construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline).
Minimum 6+ years of Oil & Gas experience, specifically in SC management or project coordination.
Strong understanding of System Completion processes, documentation, and workflows.
Proficiency with SC databases/software and reporting tools.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments.
