Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or certificate in Baking / Pastry / Culinary Arts (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years experience in bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or catering.
Knowledge of international bakery standards and trends is a plus.
