Assistant Finance Manager

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Supervise posting and verification of revenue through IDS and Tally.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and department heads for financial reviews.
• Manage cash flow, petty cash, and banking operations.
• Provide support to the Finance Manager in all daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality finance department.
• Proficiency in IDS software and Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other hotel accounting compliances.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
