Requirements:
Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Over 20 years of experience in telecom system design and project execution.
Strong knowledge of telecom standards, protocols, and equipment.
Proven leadership and coordination skills in multidisciplinary projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Experience with energy or industrial telecom projects is highly desirable.
