A reputable consultancy firm is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (Supervision Consultant) with 5–10 years of UAE experience to join the team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supervising construction activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical supervision on-site and manage engineering submittals, RFIs, and queries.
Participate in technical, progress, and coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and approve completed work as per specifications.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, HSE standards, and field testing protocols.
Support regulatory compliance, design implementation, and resolution of technical issues.
Assist with project monitoring, planning, scheduling, and overall project control.
Review and recommend change orders, variations, claims, and contractor payment applications.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare required project reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
5–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Prior experience working with supervision/consultancy firms is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to join immediately is preferred.
