Job Position – Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage maintenance teams (MEP, civil, HVAC & technical staff)
Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance activities
Ensure high-quality service delivery across residential & commercial properties
Monitor project budgets, supplier coordination, materials planning & resource allocation
Implement safety standards & compliance procedures
Manage client relationships and provide technical guidance to teams
Prepare maintenance reports & operational performance dashboards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities / MEP related field
Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in maintenance or FM industry
Strong leadership, planning & client management skills
Technical background in MEP highly preferred
UAE Driving License is an advantage
