Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
Manage the hiring process, including offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications.
Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
