Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and presentable.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in hospitality or front office roles.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional, presentable, and friendly personality.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of hotel management or reservation systems is a plus.
