Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in pre-contract estimation and cost planning.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., WinQS, CostX, MS Excel).
