We seek a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to lead our online strategy, drive high-value traffic to our e-commerce platform, and enhance our brand's presence globally.
Key Responsibilities
The specialist will be responsible for the full-funnel digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on maximizing profitable e-commerce revenue and preserving the luxury brand identity.
E-commerce Performance & CRO
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze the customer journey from landing page to checkout, implement A/B testing on site elements, and recommend improvements to increase the e-commerce conversion rate.
Website Management: Work with developers and content teams to ensure the custom website is fully optimized for speed, mobile experience, merchandising, and a seamless luxury user experience (UX).
Sales & Promotions: Plan and execute online product launches, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive pre-access events to drive high-margin sales.
Digital Campaign Management
Performance Marketing (PPC/SEM): Plan, manage, and optimize high-ROI paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Shopping) and Meta (Instagram/Facebook), focusing on precise targeting for luxury buyers and managing ad budgets efficiently.
SEO Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, manage on-page and technical SEO, and execute a backlink strategy to improve organic search rankings for high-intent luxury product terms.
Email & CRM Marketing: Design and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle communication via email including automated flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase) to drive repeat purchases and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Brand & Content Excellence
Content Direction: Guide the creative team in developing aspirational, high-quality visual and written content (e.g., video, photography, blog posts) that clearly communicates our Italian heritage, material quality, and craftsmanship.
Social Media: Oversee the social media strategy, ensuring content is on-brand and engaging, and manage any potential influencer/ambassador collaborations in the luxury space.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales for an e-commerce luxury, premium, or high-end retail brand.
E-commerce Platform Mastery: Strong working knowledge of a major e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
Analytical Mindset: Excellent ability to analyze complex data sets, report on ROI, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and CLV, and use data to formulate strategic recommendations.
Brand Sensitivity: Deep appreciation for luxury branding and the ability to execute performance campaigns without compromising brand integrity or aesthetic.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field is preferred.
