With solid experience in contract drafting, legal review, and commercial & civil laws across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will support our Legal Department by reviewing agreements, managing legal documentation, coordinating on disputes, and ensuring compliance with regional laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
– Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, rental agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
– Conduct legal risk assessments and prepare detailed legal opinions.
– Assist in commercial and civil litigation, including preparing case files, pleadings, and legal notices.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams such as HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance.
– Conduct legal research and stay current with UAE Federal Laws and KSA laws and regulations.
– Support in compliance reviews, contract management, and dispute coordination.
Required Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
– Strong understanding of UAE & KSA commercial/civil law frameworks.
– Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
– Ability to analyze legal risks and provide clear recommendations.
