Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and develop new B2B and B2C sales leads
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present products/services to prospective customers and close deals
Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and offerings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and share regular sales reports and updates with management
Represent the company professionally in meetings, visits, and events
Work independently and proactively to expand the customer base in assigned territories
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Demonstrated experience in lead generation
Mandatory UAE Driving License
Language skills: ability to speak Russian / Tagalog / Malayalam (any of these is a strong plus)
Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
