Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience in the respective QS discipline (MEP or Civil)
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project cost management
Advanced skills in Excel, QS software, and quantity measurement tools
Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and contractual documents with high accuracy
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
Capable of working independently and remotely with high productivity
