Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and networking).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or HR systems.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring proper documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and staffing agencies.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and labor regulations.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in HR, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ATS, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
