Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage all shipping and logistics documentation (bills of lading, invoices, customs forms, etc.).
Coordinate with shipping companies, customs authorities, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
Monitor shipments and track delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of import/export activities and update ERP systems accordingly.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, company policies, and international shipping standards.
Assist in resolving any documentation or logistics issues promptly.
Generate reports on shipping and logistics activities for management review.
Support procurement and warehouse teams with documentation and logistics requirements.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in logistics documentation, shipping coordination, or related roles.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs documentation, and import/export regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
