Hiring an IT Project Manager to lead key Digital Transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies and ensure smooth coordination across technical and governmental teams.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Manage Digital Transformation project planning, execution, budgeting, and timelines.
-Apply Agile practices to meet project goals.
-Prepare and evaluate RFPs with local and national teams.
-Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with MTCIT OeGAF standards.
-Identify emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
-Provide progress reports and ensure coordination with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
-BSc in Computer Science/IT (MSc or MBA preferred).
-3–4 years of experience in digital transformation projects.
-Strong Agile knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.
-Experience in large-scale or national projects preferred.
-Availability in Oman preferred.
Certifications:
-PMP (required).
-At least one of: ITIL 4, TOGAF, or COBIT 5/2019 (required).
-Must submit verifiable certification transcripts.
