Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources
Minimum 12 years of experience in staff and worker welfare, preferably within civil contracting and MEP companies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to build trust, address grievances, resolve employee concerns, and support welfare & well-being initiatives
Capability to advise HODs and Senior Management on effective employee retention practices and welfare improvements
Passionate about employee engagement, worker welfare, and building a supportive work environment
