Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for employees working at construction project sites
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and networking devices
Assist in setting up and managing VPN connectivity and secure remote access
Coordinate with the central IT team to escalate and resolve Level 2 / Level 3 technical issues
Deploy and maintain communication systems and network infrastructure at new project sites
Maintain accurate logs and inventory of IT hardware deployed at various locations
Document incidents, solutions, and recurring problems to ensure long-term permanent fixes
Support users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related fields
Proven hands-on experience in desktop support, printer troubleshooting, and basic server support
Strong troubleshooting ability in LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments
Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and related productivity tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel frequently to multiple construction project sites
Must be currently in UAE and available for immediate joining
