Senior Financial & Administrative Accountant

Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and closing activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and periodic management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise and support administrative activities related to office operations.
• Handle HR-related tasks, including employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and basic HR documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
• Contribute to improving internal controls, processes, and financial procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial and administrative accounting.
• Mandatory prior experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong background working in contracting / construction companies.
• Graduate of a public (government) university.
• Proven experience managing HR functions alongside accounting responsibilities.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and administrative oversight.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
